Insurance
Therapeutic Partners accepts Medicaid and most major insurance plans (BCBS, Humana, United Healthcare, Aetna, etc.) with varying co-payments.  Below is our standard fee schedule for clients who are paying privately.

Medication Management
$175     Initial Evaluation - Low Complexity (30 min.)
$200     Initial Evaluation - Moderate Complexity (45 min.)
$250     Initial Evaluation - High Complexity (60 min.)

Follow Up Medication Management
$100     Follow Up - Expanded Focus (20 min.)
$150     Follow Up - Detailed Focus (30 min.)
$200     Follow Up - Comprehensive Focus (40 min.)
$100     Add On Psychotherapy (16-37 min.)
$130     Add On Psychotherapy (38-52 min.)
$150     Add On Psychotherapy (53 min. and up)

Psychological Testing
$200     Per Hour (Psychologist will provide an estimate based on individual client)

Sliding Scale
Therapeutic Partners offers discounted services to patients who do not have health insurance and cannot afford to pay the full fee for services.  Patients may apply for the Sliding Scale Fee Discount Program at any time before their scheduled appointment.  Applications must be received and approved. Discounts are based on household size and household income.
