Therapeutic Partners, LLC is currently seeking independent self-starters who also enjoy a multidisciplinary team based working environment. We offer competitive pay and benefits as well as flexible working hours. Mental Health Professionals are needed in the Hammond, Covington, Mandeville, and Slidell areas.

Therapeutic Partners, LLC has a Client First Recovery Oriented mission. We serve the mental and behavioral health needs of children and families ranging from infant/early childhood to adult/geriatric in home, schools, community, and office settings.  Currently hiring for work with ALL ages.  Infant and Early Childhood clinicians must have some prior experience with children ages 0-6. 

Required qualifications: 
  • Master's degree in social service field and in compliance with all regulating bodies. Applicants must also be eligible for provisional license (PLPC or LMSW) in their field.
  • Residency in St. Tammany or surrounding parishes
  • Experience providing telemental health services

Primary Job Duties: 
  • Home and Community based Community Psychiatric Support and Treatment (CPST) and Psychosocial Rehabilitation (PSR)
  • Maintain a weekly average of 25 face to face client contact hours
  • Quarterly update and review of client treatment plans and other documentation as needed
  • Timely entry of clinical documentation of services
  • Referral to and collaboration with community agencies
  • Coordination of care with prescribing physicians when appropriate
  • Attendance at required agency meetings including supervision and staff meetings
  • Completion of required monthly online training

  • Ability to organize and prioritize
  • Computer and mobile device knowledge
  • Ability to relate to people and maintain community partnerships
  • Clinical competence in counseling and social work
  • Flexibility, ability to work independently
  • Ability to work after school and evening hours in the home, school, or other settings.
